This tool provides search-and-replace operations across multiple MS Word files of the following types: DOC, DOCX, DOCM and RTF. You can search documents for normal text, special codes and wildcards in the main body, as well as shapes, headers, footers, footnotes, endnotes and comments. The number of text fragments found in documents is displayed. The program shows paragraphs containing searched normal text for the found files and highlights search inclusions in them. The replace facility lets you insert text before or after search occurrences, and delete text, in addition to standard text replacement. Search, replacement and visualization of special characters are supported. You can conduct search, making allowances for font parameters and changing them. Preliminary search, possibility to undo changes and the backup feature help the user easily control the process of modifying files. Searched files can be filtered by size, last modification date, the directory ignore list and the file ignore list. The possibility to copy, rename and delete found files is supported. You can save reports about the found files. The batch replace operation allows you to execute a lot of various replacements with one click. The program also supports the command-line mode.
